1. How do I clean the fabric on my Comfort Chair?
We recommend using warm water, soap and a cloth to wipe off any spills or dirt. Gently rub the affected area and dry with a cloth or paper towel.
2. My Comfort Chair doesn’t seem to work how I want it to. What do I do?
General wear and tear can happen. It may just need a tune-up. First try to unplug the Comfort Chair for a few minutes and plug it back in. This should resolve any issues.
· Squeaking- use food grade silicone on the areas that are squeaking.
· Loose parts- use a tool to tighten all visible screws.

1. My Comfort Chair is broken, how do I get a new one?
Our chairs have a 2-Year Limited Warranty. Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a replacement chair or replacement part. Please review our Warranty Policy to see what options you have.

Orders are shipped typically within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order.

We currently only offer shipping to Canada and United States.
